At Pin District, operated by AER DATA TRIBE LIMITED, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the conditions below regarding returns and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

unused
in perfect condition
in their original packaging

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are not eligible for refunds:

custom or made-to-order products
gift cards
sale or discounted items
opened or used products for hygiene or safety reasons

Defective Products or Order Issues

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered, and a replacement or refund will be offered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
